The restaurant’s modern, airy space provides a comfortable setting for casual dining, perfect for those looking to eat well without breaking the bank.

We were excited to get their Weekday Tea Set. We first started off with the Baked Barbecue Pork Buns, and the buns arrived warm with the familiar crisp, lightly sweet crust and a savoury barbecue pork filling. We also tried their shrimp dumplings, which were delicate and springy without feeling overly dense. Then came the Hong Kong Style Egg Tart, that had this flaky, buttery shell and a smooth custard centre with just enough sweetness to finish the meal comfortably.

Reservation Strategy: For larger groups or special occasions, calling ahead to check availability is recommended.

Signature Menu: BBQ Pork Buns, Shrimp Dumplings (Har Gow), and Hong Kong Style Egg Tart

2. Canton Paradise: Sophisticated Cantonese Cuisine in Marina Bay Sands

Left: Wide-angle, eye-level view of a spacious dining hall with round tables, beige upholstered chairs, a patterned carpet, and a grid-style ceiling with recessed lighting, creating a bright and formal restaurant environment. Right: Close-up eye-level shot of three translucent steamed dumplings inside a bamboo steamer, showing pleated edges, smooth glossy surfaces, and gentle steam-softened textures under warm indoor lighting.

Located within Marina Bay Sands, Canton Paradise offers a sophisticated ambiance paired with expertly crafted Cantonese cuisine. The menu also includes a variety of fresh seafood and meat dishes, all complemented by attentive service. This spot is perfect for those who want to indulge in good food while enjoying Singapore’s skyline views.

We ordered the Steamed Prawn Dumplings, Steamed Rice Roll with Fresh Prawn Filling and Wok-fried Carrot Cake in XO Sauce. The Ha Kao had a delicate, translucent skin around plump prawns with a firm, springy bite, while the rice rolls were silky and soft, allowing the sweetness of the prawn filling to come through. The carrot cake brought a stronger finish to the meal, with crisp edges, a tender centre and a savoury XO sauce that added gentle heat and plenty of umami.

Reservation Strategy: Reservations can be made online or via phone, especially recommended for weekend lunches and dinner to secure a table. Requesting a private dining room is possible for intimate gatherings or celebrations.

Signature Menu: Dim Sum, Har Gow, Rice Rolls, and Wok-fried Carrot Cake in XO Sauce

3. Bread Street Kitchen: British-European Flavours by Gordon Ramsay

Left: Eye-level wide-angle view of an outdoor restaurant terrace with wooden tables and woven chairs, neatly set with plates and inverted glasses, framed by tall vertical columns and lush greenery, overlooking a waterfront city skyline with a prominent cylindrical high-rise and domed buildings under soft daylight. Right: Close-up, slightly top-down view of a plated gourmet dish on a wooden table, featuring a golden-brown pastry-wrapped entrée topped with glossy brown sauce, accompanied by mashed potatoes, small roasted sausages, and fresh leafy greens on a white ceramic plate under warm indoor lighting.

Located within Marina Bay Sands, Bread Street Kitchen by celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay offers a vibrant dining experience showcasing traditional British-European cuisine with a modern twist. The restaurant is known for its lively atmosphere and waterfront setting, making it ideal for both casual dining and special occasions.

Upon our visit, we just had to get the Beef Wellington and Fish & Chips before ending with the Sticky Toffee Pudding. The Wellington had tender beef beneath a crisp, golden pastry crust, with the mushroom layer adding a deeper savoury flavour without overpowering the meat. The fish arrived in a light, crunchy batter with thick-cut chips and mushy peas, making it the more relaxed and familiar dish on the table.

For dessert, the Sticky Toffee Pudding was warm, soft and richly caramelised, with the cold clotted cream ice cream keeping the sweetness from becoming too heavy.

Reservation Strategy: Due to its popularity, especially during weekends and peak hours, it is advisable to book a table in advance online or via phone. The restaurant also offers private dining options for intimate gatherings or corporate events.

Signature Menu: Classic fish and chips, Beef Wellington, and the Bread Street Kitchen Burger

4. Estiatorio Milos: Mediterranean Seafood Excellence

Left: Wide-angle, eye-level view of an elegant fine dining restaurant with white tablecloths, curved upholstered chairs, decorative ceiling panels, and soft ambient lighting, with a blue-toned textured wall visible in the background. Right: Close-up three-quarter angle shot of a plated fish dish with sliced white fish arranged on a white plate, garnished with capers, herbs, and lemon wedges, emphasizing delicate textures, light sauce, and refined presentation under warm table lighting.

Estiatorio Milos is a Mediterranean-inspired seafood restaurant known for its commitment to freshness and simplicity. Nestled in an elegant dining room with stunning views, it’s a great place to indulge in amazing seafood and craft cocktails, creating a complete dining experience.

We started with the Milos Special, where paper-thin zucchini and eggplant arrived lightly fried with saganaki cheese and tzatziki. The vegetables were crisp without feeling oily, while the cheese and cooling dip gave the dish a richer, more savoury finish. The charcoal-broiled octopus was tender with a gentle smoky edge, but honestly? The whole grilled fish was the highlight, served simply enough for its clean flavour and moist flesh to remain the focus.

Reservation Strategy: Due to its popularity and limited seating, especially during weekends, reservations should be made at least two weeks in advance. Private dining rooms are available for exclusive events and celebrations.

Signature Menu: Mediterranean Sea Bass, Milos Greek Salad, Seasonal Seafood Offerings, and Cocktails

5. Imperial Treasure: Modern Cantonese with Private Dining Options

Left: Eye-level wide-angle view of a private dining room with a round table dressed in a white tablecloth, black dining chairs, sculptural pendant lighting, and curved glass windows allowing natural light into the space. Right: Close-up slightly top-down shot of a plated roasted meat dish with glossy dark glaze and neatly sliced sections arranged on a white plate, highlighting caramelized surfaces, smooth sauce texture, and contrast between light and dark tones.

Imperial Treasure is a well-established name in Singapore’s fine dining scene, specializing in Cantonese cuisine with a modern twist. The elegant interiors and private dining rooms make it ideal for business lunches, family celebrations, or special occasions.

Peking Duck briefly turned our table into a negotiation over who deserved the last piece. Its lacquered skin cracked cleanly with each bite, while the meat underneath remained tender and savoury. The Australian lobster baked with superior broth followed with a firmer, naturally sweet bite, coated in a rich sauce that never buried the seafood. Among the Marina Bay Sands food choices suited to a special night out, Imperial Treasure is a nice place to unwind over dishes designed for sharing rather than rushing.

Reservation Strategy: Imperial Treasure accepts reservations online and by phone. For private dining rooms, early booking is essential, particularly for large groups or special occasions. Weekday reservations are generally easier to secure than weekends.

Signature Menu: Peking Duck, Braised Abalone, Siew Mai, and Char Siu Bao

6. Maison Boulud by Daniel Boulud: A Taste of French Elegance in Marina Bay

Left: Eye-level wide-angle view of an intimate dining area with curved architectural window frames, upholstered booth seating, small square tables, and warm pendant lighting that filters daylight through large windows. Right: Close-up three-quarter angle shot of a split lobster platter with vibrant red shells, exposed claws, and green herb sauce coating the meat, presented on a metallic plate with fresh garnish, emphasizing rich textures, color contrast, and glossy finish.

The Lobster Bisque gave the meal an indulgent opening, with a smooth texture and concentrated shellfish flavour that felt rich without overwhelming the palate. The Coq au Vin followed at a gentler rhythm, combining tender chicken with a glossy wine-based sauce and earthy depth. We finished the day with French cheeses, moving from creamy varieties to sharper, more pungent bites. It was the kind of slow indulgence that suited a polished brunch, regardless of how many glowing reviews we had already seen on the website.

  • Signature Menu: Lobster Bisque, Coq au Vin, and French cheese
  • Reservation Strategy: Reservations are recommended at least one month in advance, especially for weekend dinners and private dining rooms. Booking through Marina Bay Sands’ portal or concierge services offers the best availability.

The dining room remained welcoming rather than overly formal, making it suitable for visitors who want to explore elevated local flavours in a setting designed for celebrations and leisurely meals.

The Award-Winning Chilli Crab quickly took over the table, with sweet, firm meat coated in a thick sauce that balanced tomato richness, gentle heat and a lingering savoury finish.

The Bak Kut Teh offered a peppery contrast, its clear broth warming the palate without masking the flavour of the pork ribs. Together, the dishes showed how JUMBO Signatures takes recognisable Singapore favourites and presents them with greater refinement while preserving the flavours that made them familiar.

8. Sen of Japan: Japanese Dining by the Bay

The sleek, modern interior of Sen of Japan at Marina Bay Sands, showcasing a beautifully plated Chef’s Omakase sashimi platter filled with fresh, high-quality seafood on a bed of ice.

Sen of Japan gave us a quieter change of pace from the busier walkways of The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands. The waterfront setting felt polished without becoming formal, while the attentive staff made it easy to settle in and stay for a slower meal overlooking the bay.

The Chef’s Omakase Sashimi Platter immediately became the centre of the table, with cool, clean slices of fish that tasted fresh and delicately sweet. The A5 Wagyu Tenderloin Steak brought a richer contrast, with tender meat and marbling that gave each bite a buttery, deeply savoury finish. Jewels of the Sea rounded out the meal with a varied seafood selection, making it a satisfying choice when everyone wanted to try something different.
